Marginal Duties: * Performs other duties as assigned. Typical Decisions: The incumbent must determine and set priorities in order to meet multiple needs of customers. The incumbent must determine when best to prepare and service foods in order to ensure that customer needs are met. Minimum Qualifications: Knowledge of: Professional table side service and buffet setting; cash register operations and procedures. Skill in: Folding napkins; setting a formal dining table; utilizing props in a creative manner; providing dining and table side customer service. Education: No formal education required. Experience: One (1) year of experience in large scale food service. Must be minimum of 18 years of age. Any work-related experience resulting in acceptable proficiency levels in the above Minimum Qualifications is an acceptable substitute for the above specified education and experience requirements. Licenses and Certifications: State of Texas Driver's license (must obtain within 30 days of hire per state law); food handlers and Texas Alcohol and Beverage Commission (TABC) certification must be obtained within thirty (30) days of entry into position.
