The BBSI Business Partner is responsible for leading a multi-million dollar business unit that consults on a broad range of organizational development and operational issues. The primary objective of the Business Partner is to lead a team of subject matter experts in delivery of high-impact solutions that grow revenue and profits for small to mid-size clients as well as partner with client business owners to accelerate growth, reduce loss, and build better companies.
The Business Partner will collaborate with client companies to educate, advise, and influence them on matters involving, but not limited to, cultural development, change management, strategic planning, and growth strategy.

Salary and Other Compensation:
The starting salary range for this position is $100,000-125,000 annually. Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography, skills, education, experience, certifications and other qualifications of the candidate.
This position is also eligible for incentive pay in accordance with the terms of the Company's plan.

Compensation Range
$159,225 - 273,330
The expected compensation range for this position is displayed in accordance with the Colorado Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, California SB 1162 , Illinois Salary Transparency amendment to the Equal Pay Act of 2003. The final agreed-upon compensation is based on a number of factors, including but not limited to: individual education, qualifications, skills, prior work experience, competencies, and geographic work location. Key Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive staff support including task response, document review and development, training plan validation, and SAP policy integration.

Coordinate with SMEs and units to identify Task Critical Assets and supporting infrastructure.
Support HHQ risk assessments and develop Risk Response Plans to reduce TCA risks.
Manage and validate MA program data in the Asset Management systems.
Minimum Qualifications
Active TS/SCI security clearance; SAP eligibility
Minimum of 10 years in mission assurance, risk management, or related analytical roles supporting military or defense operations, with demonstrated expertise in coordinating with senior military staff, conducting vulnerability assessments, and implementing effective risk mitigation to safeguard critical assets and ensure resilience.
Professional certification in risk management, mission assurance, or a
related discipline preferred.

Assist store team in meeting sales, profit and shrink goals and accomplish administrative and operational duties set by Store Leader
Count, balance and reconcile daily business transaction totals correctly and accurately in the POS system
Ensure that the Playbook and all closeout paperwork for daily business transactions and bank deposit slips are completed correctly and accurately; assist management to ensure store has sufficient cash and change for sales transactions; make bank deposits daily per established guidelines
Check shipments for discrepancies/shortages and record any discrepancies in the POS system
Visually inspect associates' and managers' packages and/or belongings at store closing or at the end of a shift
Supervise and delegate tasks to Game Advisors in absence of management

Work you'll do
Senior Consultants at Deloitte works within an engagement team and are responsible for identifying technical and system requirements, developing technical designs and solution options with recommendations, developing user journeys, user stories and prototyping, developing process and technical design (including scenario design, data and integration flow mapping), testing, data migration, preparation for cutover, cutover training, defining support procedures and supports end-to end Lead-to-Cash implementations. Senior Consultants support sales pursuit teams and participate in client presentations.

Required Qualifications
+ Five+ years' consulting and/or Lead-to-Cash implementation experience.
+ Three + years' experience managing at least three large-scale full-life cycle implementations of Lead-to-Cash (CPQ/CLM/Billing) solutions, including ownership of the functional and technical solutions.
+ Oracle CPQ Certified
+ A Bachelor's degree
+ Ability to travel up to 50% on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
+ Limited immigration sponsorship may be available
Preferred Qualifications
+ Masters Degree or advanced degree in the area of specialization
+ Experience defining systems strategy, roadmap, developing process flow diagrams, user journeys and stories, developing business and systems requirements, designing and prototyping, testing, training, defining support procedures, and implementing practical business solutions
+ Ability to work independently and manage multiple assignments
+ Experience solutioning, and implementing other CRM platforms (SAP CRM, Oracle, Salesforce.com, Microsoft Dynamics, etc.) or CPQ/CLM technologies (Salesforce, Oracle, Conga)
The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $107,600 to $198,400 .
You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
