Provides senior-level business architecture analysis, policy development, and programmatic support for a national crime-data reporting program. Evaluates current and future initiatives, integrates policy and technical requirements, and supports strategic planning and governance activities. Key Duties * Analyze program business architecture, identify modernization opportunities, and recommend process improvements. * Develop evaluation criteria, assess alternative solutions, and draft policy recommendations. * Review laws, regulations, directives, charters, and organizational documents to guide decision-making. * Support integration efforts for national incident-based reporting, use-of-force data collection, and federal crime-statistics initiatives. * Develop communications and outreach strategies for stakeholders. * Prepare strategic planning documentation, including federally required forms such as OMB submissions. * Evaluate the program's use of scaled agile methodologies and recommend improvements. * Support leadership advisory boards, governance groups, and long-term strategic initiatives.
