Key Responsibilities:
Ensure that all requirements support the delivery of business value, fulfills goals, and objectives, and meets a customer need.
Manage requirements approval and change while complying with and upholding organizational standards. Prioritize requirements effectively based on factors including business value, cost to deliver, and time constraints.
Validate and manage changes to the requirements with the customer and prepare requirements documentation. Present requirements in an understandable format.
Identify critical players and determine influence and relationship needs.
Trace requirements from business case to implemented solution.
Within 90 days, this position will facilitate requirements gathering and refinement sessions.
Within 6 months, this position will maintain an approved backlog that allows the team to continue development at their velocity. This position will actively work with product owners and team members to proactively plan ahead 2-3 sprints.
Qualifications
Experience - Ideally, the successful candidate will have at least 3 years of relevant and progressive experience
Education - Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required, bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, BCIS or a related field is preferred.
Business Process Knowledge - understanding of the related activities or tasks that are needed to produce a specific service or project
