Cascade Living Group Leadership

Debbie Walker joined Cascade Living Group in August of 2010. With over 28 years of senior living experience, Debbie previously served as an executive nurse for one of the nations’ largest assisted living providers, the Commissioner of Disabilities for the City of Tacoma and Principal for her own consultant group. During her tenure, Debbie has been an integral member of Cascade Living Group’s leadership team and through her wealth of experience has developed our highly successful wellness models and has established one of the industry’s strongest and most professional wellness support teams. As Chief Wellness Officer, Debbie has provided much of the leadership bringing many experts to the table for the company to successfully navigate the challenges of the COVID - 19 pandemic. In addition to her BSN degree, Debbie is a board certified legal nurse consultant with the American Board of Nurse Specialties. Her passion is to ensure the very best care for each and every one of our residents as well as the many “heroes” who serve them.

In her time away from work she loves advocating for persons with disabilities, traveling, cooking, gardening and spending time with her family.

A native of Washington Jarrett joined Cascade Living Group in 2008. He is a 25 year veteran of senior living. His extensive background in nursing and operations includes Aegis Senior Living and roles with Cascade Living Group as Executive Director of Arbor Village Senior Living in Kent, Washington, Regional Director of Operations for 8 Cascade Living Groups communities in WA, NV and AZ as well as numerous special projects as a member of the leadership group and home office support team. Jarrett holds a Bachelor of Science degree in nursing from Brigham Young University and resides with his wife, Angie, in Maple Valley, Washington. He has 2 grown children and enjoys weight lifting and supporting local community sports by serving as a high school referee.

Experienced Director with a demonstrated history of working in the Long Term Care as well as Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities industries. Skilled in Management, Training, Budgeting, Volunteer Management, and Public Speaking. Strong business development professional with a Certificate focused in Gerontology from University of Colorado Colorado Springs and a BA in Human Services from Metropolitan State College of Denver.
