Position Summary As a Retail Fish Associate, you will be responsible for the daily care, maintenance, and overall health of the koi and fish systems at our Saddle River store location. This role is hands-on and customer-facing, combining aquatic animal care with assisting customers, answering questions, and supporting retail and cashier operations. You will help ensure that all koi and fish displays are clean, healthy, and well-maintained while providing helpful customer service. Responsibilities Provide daily care and maintenance for koi and other fish, including feeding, tank and pond cleaning, water quality checks, and general system upkeep. Monitor fish health and behavior, identify concerns, and promptly communicate issues to store leadership. Maintain clean, organized, and visually appealing koi tanks, ponds, and aquatic displays. Support koi shipments as needed, including unpacking, acclimating, and documenting inventory. Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned to support store operations.
