Responsibilities in our Childcare Program:
Implement FrogStreet curriculum suitable for specific age groups of children
Employ a variety of educational techniques (storytelling, educational play, media, etc.) to teach children
Observe each child to help them improve their social competencies and build self-esteem
Encourage children to interact with each other and resolve occasional arguments
Guide children to develop their artistic and practical capabilities through a carefully constructed curriculum (identify shapes, numbers, or colors, do crafts, etc.)
Organize nap and snack hours and supervise children to ensure they are always safe
Track children's progress and report to parents
Communicate with parents regularly to understand the children's background and psyche

Schedule: This position is part-time, and hours may vary between 6:00 AM - 3:00 pm, 2:30 PM - 10:30 PM, and 10:30 PM -6:00 AM on a rotating 2-week schedule

What You'll Do:
Support residents with daily living activities: bathing, dressing, meal prep, etc.
Assist with medical-related care, including catheter placement, wound care, and basic health monitoring
Maintain a safe, clean, and respectful living environment
Monitor and report changes in behavior or health
Help with transportation to appointments or activities
Collaborate with healthcare staff and team members to deliver holistic care
What You'll Need:
Age 21 or older
Valid driver's license and insurance
Ability to understand, read, write, and speak English
At least 1 year of experience in a medical, caregiving, or healthcare setting preferred, but not required
Experience with catheter care and wound management is a big plus
Dependable, detail-oriented, and compassionate mindset
