* Tray, wrap, weigh, and price cuts using automatic or manual wrapping machines.
* Ensure correct prices by referencing price lists.
* Replenish stock in display cases and rotates product to ensure wholesomeness.
* Use, clean, maintain, and sharpens a variety of hand tools and power equipment.
* Clean and sanitize work area to maintain required standards of cleanliness and sanitation.

The homemaker will be responsible for providing direct services to clients as outlined by the Home Care Regulation of the State of Kentucky and the Title III Homemaker definitions of the State of Kentucky.
Essential Duties
Assist the client with homemaking/personal care and follow instructions given on the request of service or instructions given by supervisor
Assist the client in the care of his own home and personal belongings
Assist the client in the preparation of meals as requested
Run errands for the client as requested
Maintain complete and accurate records of services rendered
Report any unusual or drastic changes in the client's general well being to the immediate supervisor
Attend periodic training sessions
Other duties as assigned by the PACS Aging Director and Center Coordinator

Understands and administers first aid, CPR, and monitors/reports vitals as required and communicates the health status of clients to the Registered Nurse.
Effectively intervenes and participates in behavior intervention program as written per client, as applicable.
Completes all required forms and documentation in a timely and efficient manner.
Demonstrates active involvement in team/program meetings, supervision, and agency/community events and activities as assigned.
Ability to screen, assess and provide interventions for clients that are exhibiting symptoms of trauma.
