The Sterile Processing Clerk (Instrument Processing Technician) is responsible for maintaining instruments and equipment in an optimal fashion and preparing instrumentation, equipment, and sterile supplies for the surgical patient.
Key Responsibilities:
* Functions as an Instrument Processing Technician under the direction of the Clinical Leader/Registered Nurse.
* Knowledge of sterilization procedures, aseptic technique, and maintenance and care of instruments and equipment.
* Knowledge of standards and engages in practices and procedures of sterile technique.
* Cleans and/or disinfects instruments and equipment after use and returns it to the proper area, in appropriate sequence, for storage and/or processing.
* Differentiates sterilization and disinfection methods required for specific instruments and equipment.
* Cleans, wraps, sterilizes, and disinfects instruments and equipment and maintains the functions of the instrument processing area/department.
* Responsible for crossover duties in other areas such as purchasing supplies and inventory management in proper areas according to facility policy and management guidance.
Qualifications
* High school graduate or GED required.
* Understanding of sterilization and high-level disinfection technologies including industry standardized principles and practice in sterilization and disinfection required.

* Successful completion of BCLS Course within 90 days of employment required or documentation of current BCLS certification.

Today we are looking for a Technical Clerk to support Warehouse storeroom Inventory, stocking/ reordering spare parts, and reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
Spare Parts Management:
Maintain accurate inventory records of spare parts using the factory's ERP and CMMS systems (SAP and internal).
Receive, label, and store incoming spare parts in designated locations.
Monitor stock levels and organization of reordering.
Conducting periodic physical inventory checks and reconciliations.
Preventative Maintenance Support:
Assist in compiling reports on maintenance performance and spare parts usage.
Administrative Duties:
Enter data into maintenance and inventory systems with high accuracy.
File and organize technical documents, manuals, and maintenance logs.
Communicate with suppliers and internal departments regarding part availability and delivery timelines.
Support the Planning Technician in preparing documentation for audits and compliance checks.
Clerical work on computer with regular visits to the storeroom and factory floor.
Will require lifting and handling of parts and materials.
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent; technical or vocational training is a plus.
Experience in maintenance environment.
Familiarity with inventory management systems and maintenance software (SAP or similar).
Understanding of mechanical/electrical components.
Organizational and communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
