Pay Range
The compensation for this appointment will range from $90,000 - $105,000 annually and reflects what California Baptist University reasonably expects to pay for this faculty appointment. Qualifications
Qualified applicants will hold a master's degree, clinical doctorate, and/or research doctoral degree in speech-language pathology, a current Certificate of Clinical Competence in speech-language pathology from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association, and be eligible for licensure in California. The successful candidate will join a collegial and supportive faculty and will be expected to uphold the mission of California Baptist University. The successful candidate will possess a minimum of three years clinical experience and have supervised student interns. The candidate will also demonstrate a strong commitment to clinical and teaching excellence.
Teaching Responsibilities
The ClinicalCoordinator teaching responsibilities include classroom instruction, clinical supervision, and supporting clinical education experiences for students placed in externships. The ClinicalCoordinator's administrative responsibilities include overseeing the externship clinical placement process for both undergraduates (SLPa practicum) and graduate students, communicating with and supporting clinical supervisors, providing clinical advising, contributing to clinical education development, supporting departmental program assessment, and participating in department and university service. The successful candidate will demonstrate a strong commitment to excellent clinical supervision and teaching and will be expected to maintain an active program of community engagement and service. The successful candidate will be willing and able to integrate Christian faith in the classroom.

About the Position:
Edgewise is headquartered in Boulder, Colorado; this is a position for a growing Colorado-based Clinical Development team. The assigned clinical trials will be highly complex and high risk, e.g. multiple indications, data monitoring committees, interim analyses, adaptive design, requiring the coordination of multiple vendors, or other special assessments. Candidates may be asked to provide support to the Edgewise clinical study lead for more than one study or across programs.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead site start-up activities (e.g. oversight of CRO start-up activities, accountable for essential document package review, site initiation slide deck, vendor training, participate in remote/or on-site initiation visits) and contribute to feasibility, as required.
Collaborate with contracts team to lead review and negotiation of site and vendor budgets/contracts.
Contribute to the development and review of study, patient and site facing documents (e.g. protocols, ICFs and study plans).
Oversee Edgewise contract CRA and/or CRO monitoring activities (e.g. visit schedules, monitoring visit reviews, monitoring plan review). May include on-site co-monitoring with CRO CRA, ensuring compliance with protocol and regulatory requirements. Provide additional clinical monitoring training support to CRO personnel, as needed. Attend CRO monitoring meetings. May include assigned monitoring responsibilities for sites.
Review and oversee site KPIs, protocol deviations and metrics to identify trends and maintain data quality. Escalate site level risks or non-compliance, and in collaboration with Quality Assurance, review Site Corrective and Action Plans (SCAPAs), Corrective and Action Plans (CAPAs) and Site Audits.
Support the Edgewise clinical study lead in managing progress of assigned studies by tracking regulatory submissions and approvals, recruitment and enrollment and other tasks as assigned.
Proactively review electronic data capture (EDC) for completion and to identify issues and generate queries. Identify and monitor risks and decisions at the study level and implementation of mitigation strategies. Identify potential operational challenges, and in collaboration with senior team members, provide guidance and solutions to ensure study execution remains on track.
Contribute to drafting Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and adhere to Clinical Operations processes and SOPs to ensure studies are "inspection ready" at all times; may be involved in regulatory inspections by preparing for and attending the inspections.
Responsible for the oversight of assigned vendors.
Collaborate with internal teams (e.g. Clinical Operations, Regulatory Affairs, Data Management, Medical Monitoring, CMC, etc) to ensure seamless trial execution and provide regular study updates to the appropriate internal stakeholders.
May be accountable for reviewing site or vendor invoicing and financial management in accordance with the clinical trial agreement / scope of work.
Support TMF activities as required (e.g. review of TMF index, document provision, etc.).
Support onboarding and mentoring of new department members.
Required Education, Experience, Skills:
At least 4+ years of relevant clinical operations experience and a BS or BA (Life Sciences)
Minimum 4 years of independent on-site monitoring experience (across all visit types and inclusive of remote monitoring), with at least 3 years cardiac study experience in a pharmaceutical sponsor environment preferred (global pharma or biotech preferred).
Excellent attention to detail, verbal, written, interpersonal and presentation skills are required
Must be familiar with routine medical/scientific terminology;
Proficiency with MS Office required (inclusive of PPT); Smart Sheet proficiency desirable
Knowledge of FDA, ICH Guidelines, and GCPs governing the conduct of clinical trials is required
Must be able to participate in departmental or interdepartmental strategic initiatives under general supervision

Essential Duties:
Provide clinical and administrative supervision to Peer Supervisors, Specialists, and designated program staff including case managers, behavioral health therapists, team leads, and supervisors ensuring adherence to best practices and ethical standards in behavioral health care.
Oversee the development, implementation, and evaluation of peer programming, ensuring services align with agency goals and community needs.
Establish and maintain standards that optimize the use of peer resources while fostering collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.
Deliver direct client care as needed, utilizing lived experience of recovery to engage, advocate, and connect clients with treatment, services, and supports.
Provide training not only for the peers, but for the agency as a whole on the advantages of incorporating these important positions into clinical teams.
Support change management initiatives, guiding staff through program improvements, policy updates, and new service implementations.
Evaluate staff performance, conduct regular reviews, address conduct or ethical issues, and implement corrective action when necessary.
Ensure compliance and accurate reporting with county, state, and federal regulations, as well as grant and contract requirements.

Serve as a resource person to clinical staff, case managers, and team leads regarding peer services.
Required:
Masters (MA) Degree in counseling, psychology, social work or related field from accredited College or University required
More than (5) five years of experience in the Mental Health Field, Substance Use Disorder Field or program of application required
More than (3) three years of experience in a supervisory role (administrative or clinical) required
Experience with mild to severe mental illness and substance use disorders required
Lived experience with mental health and/or substance use issues (either personally or as a family member) with 2+ years of sustained recovery
Licenses and Certifications:
Current Colorado professional license in appropriate discipline (LCSW, LPC, or LMFT) required
CAS or LAC preferred
Valid Colorado driver's license or ability to obtain within 30 days of hire and a clean driving record
CPR and First Aid certifications may be required for certain locations

Responsibilities:
Oversee the provision of individualized, trauma informed, trauma responsive, and evidenced based clinical services.
Provide and document at least monthly clinical supervision for all assigned supervisees.
Provide co-therapy as frequently as necessary and appropriate to support and train clinical staff.
Provide face-to-face therapy for assigned clients and as needed for all youth.
Coordinate with Human Resources and the Chief Clinical Officer on hiring and disciplinary issues for clinical personnel.
Provide Clinical On-Call coverage as needed/assigned.
Promote standards of care within the facility that at a minimum meet standards established by State of Colorado regulations, Social Current, and County Contracts, as well as any and all other licensing and accrediting entities.
Provide support, training, and consultation to the residential and educational departments frequently and as needed to ensure interdepartmental cohesion and effective communication. This position requires a close working relationship with on campus residential and educational supervisors as well as agency residential and educational leadership.
Ensure that clinical needs of the Supervisee's clients are met at all times.
Collect, review and submit appropriate/required clinical documentation within designated timelines outlined in training and supervision.
Oversee the completion of documentation of clinical work for designated supervisees (individual, group and family notes, as well as assessments, treatment plans, social histories and other documentation) as mandated by Medicaid requirements, CDHS, Social Current and county contracts. Completion is defined as written, edited, reviewed and signed by a licensed/designated mental health professional and filed in the client file.
Utilize behavior management techniques (which require a certain degree of balance and physical strength) with clients, which may include physical management (staff are trained to use Crisis Prevention Intervention technique) on an as needed basis.
Participate in review of clinical charts quarterly as directed by the Chief Clinical Officer.
Oversee critical funding aspects including, but not limited to, the medical necessity process, service authorizations, service reauthorizations, as well as external funding agent communication and support. This includes oversight of reauthorization dates as well as the clinicians role in obtaining authorization and reauthorization for services.
Clearly communicate with others in the treatment and containment team both within Shiloh and outside of Shiloh the treatment needs, planning, and recommendations for clients on an on-going basis.

Requirements
Must have either a MA, MS, M.Ed, or MSW in psychology, social work, or a related human services field.
Must be clinically licensed in the state of Colorado (LPC, LCSW).

POSITION OVERVIEW:
The Clinical Supervisor is responsible for all clinical aspects of treatment for the patients they oversee. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Banner Alzheimer's Institute (BAI) and the All of Us Research Program is proud to offer research studies to patients and people in the community. Everyone should be represented in research, and we are now enrolling pediatric participants.
As a Clinical Research Assistant, you will spend most of the day talking to patients about the research study and enrolling those that are interested into the research study (focused on Pediatric enrollments). Each morning, the **Clinical Research Assistant (CRA)** will review a Cerner list of patients in the hospital to identify those that are appropriate (not too sick) to approach. The CRA will talk to the patient's nurse to confirm that the patient is stable to talk with. The CRA then enters each patient's room to talk to the parents/guardians about All of Us (they give an elevator pitch). If they say yes, then the CRA completes the enrollment process. Enrollment is helping a patient create an account and consent on an iPad, complete physical measurements, draw blood, and process the specimen. Usually, an CRA has to approach about 10 patients to get one person to say yes. Other responsibilities include data quality control, outreach events, and retention of enrolled participants.
**Work will be onsite/in-person.** The main enrollment location is at NCMC plus community outreach at events, libraries, etc. The ability to travel locally is required. Mileage will be reimbursed for travel outside of the "home" location.
**This position is based out of North Colorado Medical Center. Typical schedule is M-F; 8:30am to 4:30pm.** There is some flexibility if needed; an 8-hour shift between 7:30am to 5:30pm can be accommodated; some events may take place in the evening or on weekends. Training will need to occur between 8:30am to 4:30pm.

POSITION SUMMARY
This position is responsible for providing primary support to both investigator-initiated and pharmaceutical research studies and projects by assisting with data collection, documentation, intake/registration, maintenance of source documents, participant recruitment and retention, data entry into research systems, data audits, maintain research supply inventory, and performs administrative tasks and clinical assessments as assigned.
CORE FUNCTIONS
1. Assists in establishing the clinical trial record including creation, preparation, and maintenance of study specific source documents. Performs protocol-required study procedures as delegated and ensures that all data is properly recorded in source using ALCOAC principles. Ensures source data is transcribed into electronic data capture (EDC) systems and that all other data points are transmitted into research data systems per site and protocol guidance.
2. Ensures potential research participant is correctly registered into both clinical and research systems, including adding in demographic and applicable insurance information.
3. Assists in creating and preparing source and shadow charts for each research participant and ensures all participant documents are completed in a timely manner and are filed in each binder such as pertinent medical records, participant source documents, pharmacy orders, infusion orders, and imaging documents.
4. Understands the basic requirements of the informed consent process and required documentation. Knowledgeable on the information contained within the consent document in order to answer participant questions, provide high level overview of study procedures and associated time. Performs consent audit to ensure related documentation is properly completed and uploads final signed version to clinical and research systems.
5. Helps to recruit potential participants by answering recruitment phone line, completing telephone or in-person pre-screening, requesting and reviewing medical records, and maintaining recruitment database. Attends and participates in community outreach events and appreciation events as needed.
6. Collect, process, package, and ship all laboratory specimens, including blood, urine, and CSF samples, in accordance with the study protocol, laboratory manual, and IATA guidelines. Maintains updated laboratory binder and ensures proper completion of laboratory requisition form. Schedules courier pick up of samples for both central and local laboratories and maintains tracking and dry ice log for all samples.
7. Will have frequent interaction with research participants, families, visitors, clinicians, and other related clinical departments across the Banner institute and Banner campus. May also accompany participants across both approved and affiliated Banner Health off site campuses for visits and procedures including, but not limited to, infusions, imaging, registration, ophthalmology, and dermatology.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
High school diploma/GED or equivalent working knowledge.
Experience typically gained through one to two years clinical research experience. Must have knowledge and understanding of medical terminology in order to read, identify, and extract pertinent data from medical records and information. Must be able to multi-task and re-prioritize duties as needed. Ability to maintain confidentiality. Excellent human relations, organizational and communication skills are required.
Must be knowledgeable of data entry and computer programs associated with maintaining databases, spreadsheets, etc.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Associate's Degree or Certified Research Assistant Certification preferred. Knowledge of basic laboratory procedures as normally obtained through the completion of two years experience in a health care setting, preferably in a research environment.
Additional related education and/or experience preferred.

Position Overview
The Wound Care Clinical Supervisor (Dermatology) is responsible for the oversight of clinical operations, ensuring
adherence to established standards of care, regulatory requirements, and organizational
protocols. This position requires an advanced clinical degree (RN, PA, or NP) and demonstrated
proficiency in, or a willingness to learn, wound care, patient triage and pathology reporting.
Working with the ClinicCoordinator, the Clinical Supervisor will also be responsible for ensuring
hiring, training, and supervising medical assistants, supporting quality initiatives, and
maintaining a culture of clinical excellence.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
● Clinical Leadership: Direct and supervise daily clinical operations to ensure the
consistent delivery of safe, high-quality patient care.
● Wound Care Management: Establish and run a practice Wound Care clinic. Manage
post-op surgical wounds with support from BVCD's providers.
● Patient Triage: Assess and prioritize patient needs, coordinate care with physicians,
and ensure timely intervention.
● Training and Development: Provide mentorship and continuing education to MA staff
to ensure a high standard of care.
● Compliance: Monitor compliance with internal policies, clinical protocols, and
state/federal regulatory standards.
● Quality Reporting: Oversee and manage Merit Based Incentive Payment System
(MIPS) to ensure compliance and optimize performance metrics.
● Collaboration: Partner with internal and external physicians, physician assistants,
medical assistants, pathologists, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate care
and improve patient outcomes.
Qualifications
● Advanced degree in Nursing (RN), Physician Assistant (PA), or Nurse Practitioner (NP)
required.
● Current, unrestricted license to practice in Colorado.
● Minimum of 2 years of relevant clinical experience preferred. Preferably in dermatology,
oncology, or wound care.
● Prior experience in staff supervision and recruitment preferred.
● Proficiency in triage protocols and wound management techniques, or motivation to
learn.
● Demonstrated ability to interpret and communicate complex pathology findings.
● Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
● Commitment to quality improvement and patient-centered, collaborative medical care.

POSITION OVERVIEW:
The Clinical Supervisor is responsible for all clinical aspects of treatment for the patients they oversee. This includes the assessment and analysis of the patient's skills and challenging behaviors, development of treatment plans, overseeing the implementation of treatment, collaboration with and training of their patient's caregivers, as well as ongoing coaching and training of behavioral technicians. Treatment plans are primarily designed to address areas of medical necessity and may occur in a variety of settings including the CARD center, patient's home, school, community, or via telehealth. Clinical Supervisors report to the Group Clinical Manager. This is a salaried, exempt, full-time position.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Uses clinical judgment to promote optimal outcomes for each patient
• Develop and maintain treatment plans
• Ensure that all supervision hours are at 100% treatment adherence each month
• Evaluate patients to identify both skill deficits and strengths
• Analyze challenging behaviors to identify the function of the behavior
• Develop functionally relevant treatment plans to reduce challenging behaviors
• Observe treatment implementation for potential program revisions
• Monitor treatment integrity to ensure satisfactory implementation of treatment protocols
• Direct behavior technicians in the implementation of new or revised treatment protocols

WORK ENVIRONMENT:
Treatment may occur in a variety of settings including the patient's home, the CARD center, the patient's school, the community, or via telehealth. Clinical Supervisors work in environments that are both indoors and outdoors and may move between different locations throughout the course of the workday. Treatment environments may be subject to loud or excessive noise at times.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
• Be able to work with patients who are seated on the floor, in small chairs, or other home, school, community and clinic environments
• Move frequently throughout the therapeutic setting to gather materials, anticipate and respond to the movement of a patient, and/or provide instruction in a variety of settings, such as school, playground, clinic, or community locations
• Constantly position oneself to participate and respond to the movements and behaviors of patients, including but not limited to bending to assist a patient, kneeling/crouching to teach a play skill, hurrying to block an open doorway, or reaching to prevent a patient from entering a traffic congested street
