JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Assist Estimators and Sales Engineers in all phases of the bid process.
Coordinate with vendors and subcontractors to solicit material and equipment quotes.
Manage and organize construction documents.
With Preconstruction team-review project drawings and specifications to develop estimates and proposals.
Use our software tools (FastPIPE, FastDUCT, Bluebeam) to produce labor and materials reports.
Support Preconstruction tech initiatives, including RPAs and data capture.
Attend jobsite walks to track and measure estimate performance.
Foster relationships with profit centers and represent the Preconstruction department.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONSEducation and Experience:
Candidates must be enrolled in a Co-op program at an accredited engineering school majoring in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering, Construction Management, or a related degree.
Candidates must complete at least two full-time, alternating or sequential Co-op rotations before graduation and should avoid a full courseload while working, which may delay graduation.
1st Rotation: Fall 2026
2nd Rotation: Summer 2027

Light physical effort handling average weight objects up to 50 pounds may be required occasionally.
