Summary:
This position is field based depending on the project location and will change as assigned projects change.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
* Manages, coordinates, and monitors all aspects of construction of capital projects. This includes pipelines, crude terminals, storage facilities, compressor stations, dehydration facilities and processing facilities.
* Plans and coordinates construction activity, material delivery, staffing plans and all work involving construction crews and inspectors for assigned projects.
* Identify, train, and manage qualified inspectors (as per ETP QAM guidelines) for construction projects.
* Monitors construction expenses and provides routine updates to project manager.
* Works closely with the Project Engineering team to effectively manage changes to scope and/or design of projects during construction. Provides timely feedback to contractors during change process to ensure efficient production. Manages the change order process per ETP construction contract.
* Works closely with the Project Management team in development of project scope and bid exhibits prior to bid meetings.
* Detailed knowledge of company policies and procedures, industry practices, construction standards, welding procedures, and OSHA rules and regulations.
* Prepare and submit completion reports, job books, etc.
* Ensure project objectives are met during the construction phase including safety, environmental, security, quality, schedule, cost controls and community relations.
Requirements:

* Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required.
* Minimum 8+ years related experience which should include a good knowledge of Industry Practices, construction standards, and welding procedures. Also, the use and interpretation of piping schematics, as-builts, blueprints, P&ID's and other construction drawings.
* Working knowledge of crude and NGL export terminal and fractionation facilities operation, maintenance and construction practices.
* Knowledge of OSHA PSM requirements.

Responsibilities
* Mentor and help to grow Jr. Superintendents.
* Review and approve the balance of Foremen, journeymen and laborer's composite labor rates.
* Manage contract administration (subcontractor/field management meeting for communication).
* Develop a program to maintain good client relations involving staff on site.
* Initiate and attend supplementary and regular meeting with client for problem resolution and planning.
* Oversee and approve the monthly job cost updates and quarterly cash flow projections.
* Review, approve and negotiate change orders.
* Develop and implement a plan for project completion and turnover.
* Maintain daily diary for record keeping purposes.
* Ensure that all performance evaluations and completed in a timely fashion for direct reports.
* Recommend, where appropriate, organizational, policy and procedural or staff changes.
* Review and approve or reject promotions up to General Foremen.
Qualifications
* 8+ years of experience in the planning, scheduling, and management of deep foundation and/or ground improvement operations.
* 5+ years of supervisory experience as a superintendent.
* Experience with and broad knowledge of foundation/ground improvement equipment (drills, concrete pumps, batch plants), How to use it properly, and how to rapidly troubleshoot.
* Knowledge of proper pumping and placement of concrete and grout.
* Must be skilled in one of, if not multiple, of the following disciplines (pile driving, auger cast, small diameter shafts, micro piles, etc.)
* Must be a self-starter, highly motivated, and able to work with minimal supervision.
* Ability to quickly learn and understand various processes regarding Kiewit's policies, procedures, and software programs.
* Ability to identify and resolve any problems that may arise.
* Excellent organizational, administrative, communication, and interpersonal skills.
* Strong all-around knowledge of ground improvement techniques, structural deep foundation methods, and support of excavation (SOE) operations; Ground Improvement experience includes rigid inclusions, soil mixing, vibro-replacement (stone columns), vibro-compaction, compaction grouting, permeation grouting, jet grouting, and deep dynamic compaction. Structural deep foundation experience includes micro piles, drilled shafts, aguer-cast-in-place piles, and divine piles. Support of excavation experience includes secant piles, soldier pile anchors, and tie-backs.

Project Overview:
Port Arthur LNG, LLC (PALNG) is developing a Liquefied Natural Gas (LNG) production and export facility on a site located on the western shoreline of the Port Arthur Canal in Jefferson County, Texas. The project base scope will include two (2) identical LNG trains, two (2) LNG Storage Tanks, one (1) LNG Carrier Berth, and associated utilities/facilities. The Project is to be constructed on a parcel of land located at State Highway 87 south of Port Arthur, Texas, between the inner coastal waterway bridge and Keith Lake.
Job Summary:
In this role, you will provide automation support to project teams, including setup, training, application use in work-process, software quality assurance and control, reporting, database administration, and close-out of all construction automation software and applications. Major Responsibilities:
