EDUCATION/KNOWLEDGE

Bachelor of Science in Construction Management, any Engineering discipline, or related field or equivalent education, training, and experience is preferred.
Experience with commercial construction including independent living facilities, housing authority, multi-family homes, industrial, and/or educational institutions is required.
OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification is preferred.
Working experience with a Project Management Information System (PMIS), such as Kahua is preferred.
Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel and Project) is required.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering or a related field -OR- equivalent experience
Minimum 8-10 years experience as a Construction Project Superintendent
Extensive experience managing diverse construction projects
In-depth knowledge of construction methods, materials, and industry best practices.
Strong understanding of construction processes, scheduling, budgeting and safety regulations
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively
Strong leadership skills and experience supervising and motivating a team
