Scheduling Work with Construction Manager to help track and manage schedules. Walk each house 2x per day. Track PW/PWSO/WT and MISO dates off sale summary. Inform DOC and Construction Manager if you see scheduling conflicts. Deliver and/or schedule materials to subcontractors as necessary to keep project running and insure that trades have what they need to complete their responsibilities. Make appropriate calls to monitor all schedules and delivery of materials for job site. Quality Assistant Construction Manager will be responsible for completion of pre-drywall checklist along with Construction Manager. This will be completed for each house and will include things such as; checking straight edge on framing, checking hardware installations, mep installation, elevation confirmation, options installed correctly etc. Please review the form.
