Estimating:
Prepare Take offs
Solicit material prices and sub prices
Prepare and submit accurate cost estimates for masonry and concrete scopes.
Negotiate and finalize contracts based on estimates.
Project Management:
Set up projects following company protocols and coordinate startup with superintendents.
Manage submittals, RFIs, and change proposals.
Oversee material procurement, manpower, and subcontractor scheduling.
Maintain accurate logs for job costing, submittals, RFIs, and change orders.
