Job Description
Primary site leader of all subordinate superintendents, subcontractors and suppliers.

Completes inspections, punch lists, and final walk-throughs.
In situations of critical need or limited staffing, the Senior Construction Coordinator may need to fulfill Site Coordination duties.

Management and administration of heavy civil, highway and structures projects including leading teams of Junior Project Engineers, Office Managers, Senior Inspectors, Inspectors, CPM Reviewers, and administrative staff on projects
Responsibilities include the review of monthly estimates, final estimates, change orders/supplemental agreements, and claims
Facilitating preconstruction meetings, progress meetings, and pre-activity meetings
Responding to questions which may arise in the field during construction and working to determine the appropriate solution
Visiting construction sites to monitor project progress and adherence to plans and specifications
Managing project inspection staff and ensuring their training and equipment needs are met
Participating in plan reviews, project scoping meetings, and staffing projections
Interacting with clients and participating in project interviews, when necessary
Miscellaneous support activities, as necessary
Must possess high integrity and ethics in all aspects of dealing with clients, subconsultants, and peers
Required Skills and Experience
Ten (10) + years of experience in roadway and structures construction
Five (5) + years of experience managingconstruction projects in Georgia
Advanced working knowledge of the principles and practices of civil engineering and construction methods, materials, and equipment
Working knowledge of GDOT manuals, policies, and procedures, include the Construction Manual
Ability to understand, explain, and administer contracts; and interpret construction plans, provisions, standards, and specifications
Ability to train, coordinate, and supervise inspection technicians in the field
Understanding of QA/QC development and execution process
Travel between job sites is expected, clean driving record
Preferred Skills and Experience
Professional Engineer or Certified ConstructionManager

The Construction Project Manager oversees and coordinates all aspects of construction projects,
ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the specified quality
standards. This role involves managing project teams, liaising with clients and ensuring compliance

Key Responsibilities:
1. Project Planning and Management:
o Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets and resource allocation.

Job Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in ConstructionManagement, Civil Engineering or a related field.
Must be either a citizen of the U.S. or a non-U.S. citizen who has been lawfully admitted for
permanent residence as evidenced by a Permanent Resident Card (USCIS I-551).
OSHA 30 and EM 385-1-1 Training.
Ability to successfully pass and remain in compliance with required background checks from
Tribal 1 and any required federal government background checks.
Must pass drug screen and remain in compliance with drug free workplace policies.
Valid driver's license.
Ability to lift 50 pounds, stand or sit for long periods of time, access roofs, crawl spaces and

Experience:

Possess construction and low voltage experience.

Skills:

Understanding of Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) and agency specific regulations,

Electronic Warfare Range Site Manager(PTR-2024-21974): Bowhead seeks to network with Electronic Warfare Range Site Managers for an upcoming/potential effort, toprovideoversight, direction, and coordination to ensure high standards of quality are accomplished in support of operations for the Primary Training Ranges (PTRs) managed by ACC at Avon Park Range, FL; Grand Bay Range, GA; Belle Fourche (Colony) EWS, WY; Dare County B&G Range, NC; Holloman B&G Ranges, NM; Poinsett EWR, SC; Mountain Home Ranges, ID; and Snyder EWS, TX. PTRs consist of Electronic Warfare Sites (EWS), Electronic Warfare Ranges (EWR), and Bombing and Gunnery Ranges (B&G).
**Responsibilities**
+ Maintains a current personnel list and establishes/implements training, security and conservation programs that protect personnel, government property and equipment, and maintains job knowledge.
+ Has full authority to act for the contractor on all matters relating to daily operations of the permanent site and its associated remote site locations.
+ Available, during scheduled hours of operations within 2 hours to meet on the installation with government personnel to discuss problem areas. After scheduled hours of operations, the site manager is required to be available within 2 hours, via phone.
+ Provides the host base Pass and ID, through the COR, a list of personnel who require access to the host base for official business.
+ Coordinates all proposed closures with the Range Operating Agency (ROA) prior to implementation.

**Qualifications**
+ Site management experience of a DoD aircraft training range within the last 5 years
+ Dept of Labor Electronic Technician Level II or AF 5-level equivalent experience
+ Expert knowledge pertinent to range operations policies, directives, and products and applicable operational methods and processes. Ability to perform duties in a stressful environment.
+ Ability to communicate both orally and in writing for conducting conferences, presenting briefings, preparing correspondence, and writing findings and reports.
