Qualifications and Requirements: 5-10 years' experience in general construction, built-up roofing systems, and/or building envelope is a plus Ability to keep project records Ability to interface with owners, subcontractors, and company management Ability to travel The hourly rate for applicants in this position generally ranges between $25-$35. This range is an estimate, based on potential employee qualifications, operations, needs, and other considerations permitted by law.
