This role serves as the on-site leader and primary representative of the company, responsible for delivering projects that are safe, on schedule, within budget, and built to the highest quality standards.

Overview of Responsibilities:
Preconstruction
Support development of project schedules, phasing plans, and site logistics

Lead and coordinate all daily on-site construction activities

Identify, assess, and mitigate project risk throughout the build
Team Leadership
Train, mentor, and support Field Engineers and Assistant Superintendents
Promote company standards, processes, and best practices across the site
Business Support
Assist with RFQs, RFPs, and project interviews when needed
Support business development efforts by identifying future opportunities
Experience needed:
Proven experience building multifamily housing projects
