Role Overview:
As the Director, Creative, you are passionate about developing and executing innovative and engaging marketing campaigns and content. You play a crucial role in shaping our brand's visual identity and storytelling. You lead creative direction, content development, and team collaboration. You guide and mentor a team of creative professionals, fostering their professional growth and ensuring alignment with overall company goals. What You'll Be Doing:
Bring our brand to life across channels, while evolving and upleveling the performance of all marketing assets
Interpret marketing briefs to inspire breakthrough creative that delivers on business goals from concept to execution, including hands-on design work as needed
Manage in-house creative team responsible for design and assets
Provide creative direction and vision for marketing campaigns, content, and brand identity, defining opportunities to represent our brand in thoughtful, cohesive, and effective ways
Oversee the creation of multimedia content, including graphics, videos, and written materials, that align with our brand and marketing strategies

Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Fine Arts, Design, or related field; or equivalent experience
12+ years of experience in creative roles, with a strong portfolio showcasing creative work
5+ years experience in people leadership
Extensive creative experience in both multi-media campaigns (video, podcast) and design
Proven track record of developing and executing successful creative campaigns
Familiarity with creative software and tools
SaaS experience highly preferred
Experience working in a high- growth start up strongly preferred

This role is open to candidates and the expected salary range for this role is $133,800-$167,200 OTE. About the Role
We're looking for an Associate CreativeDirector, Social Media to help lead culturally attuned, bold, and strategically grounded creative work across platforms. This role balances big-picture thinking with day-to-day execution blending storytelling, platform fluency, and production know-how to shape work that moves audiences and drives measurable impact.
You'll partner closely with strategists, copywriters, designers, and account teams to create social-first campaigns that are as thoughtful as they are scroll-stopping. As a creative leader, you'll guide and mentor a talented team inspiring them to push ideas further, execute with excellence, and uphold Loudr's standard of quality and care.
Key Functions
Vision & Innovation
Partner with the CreativeDirector to define and uphold the creative vision across all social-first campaigns.
Stay ahead of emerging trends, cultural moments, and platform innovations to inspire fresh, relevant ideas.
Share social and digital insights across teams, fostering a culture of curiosity, thought leadership, and creative learning.
Concept & Strategy
Lead concepting and development of creative ideas that are native to each platform (Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, and beyond).
Ground all ideas in strategy transforming insights and data into creative narratives that resonate.
Confidently present creative rationale and concepts to internal teams and clients.
Execution & Quality Control
Oversee creative execution from concept through delivery, ensuring work meets Loudr's standards for excellence and integrity.
Ensure all content aligns with brand voice and visual identity, maintaining cohesion across every touchpoint.
Act as the final checkpoint for creative quality and consistency.
Project Management & Collaboration
Collaborate cross-functionally with account, strategy, and production teams to manage timelines, budgets, and expectations.
Anticipate challenges and proactively find solutions that keep projects and people on track.
Talent Development & Mentorship
Direct and mentor designers, copywriters, and content creators to elevate creative thinking and craft.
Empower the social media team to experiment, iterate, and lead innovation across digital channels.
Foster a creative environment rooted in care, collaboration, and accountability where great ideas grow and team members thrive.
Skills & Qualifications
5+ years of experience in a creative role within an agency or brand environment (social-first experience required).
A strong portfolio demonstrating creative excellence and strategic thinking across multiple social platforms (luxury experience a plus).
Deep understanding of social strategy, paid/organic formats, and content performance metrics.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, and/or motion tools (After Effects, CapCut, etc.) preferred.
Excellent communication, leadership, and presentation skills.
