The ideal candidate will have the following necessary qualities:
Attention to detail.
Ability to regularly lift 75 lbs.
Ability to follow a varied list of directions in multiple formats.
Basic mechanical knowledge; and
Valid driver's license

Be competent and able to execute verbal commands in a timely and accurate manner;
Wants to learn the ins and outs of working in a service department and the importance of timing when customers are unable to enjoy the water when their boat is inoperable.

Our team player will have the following essential functions:
Communicate with customers and team members professionally and with courtesy. *
Complete assigned tasks related to servicing a boat in a timely and safe manner. Tasks will include but are not limited to: preparation for return to customers, pressure washing and scraping boat bottoms as needed, bottom painting of boats as needed, washing service boats for delivery. *
When deadlines must be missed, communicate to your manager immediately.*
Establish and maintain effective and cooperative working relationships with peers and employees in all other business units within the company. *
Light Small Forklift operation to unload transport trucks - Training to be provided attending to all safety protocols. *
Assisting technicians if needed*
Assist in maintaining the professional, clean appearance of the marina/yard, to include but not limited to maintaining public areas. *
Attend all assigned meetings, follow all company policies and procedures, and be genuinely pleasant in the workplace toward peers, customers, vendors and any other person who enters the facility. *
Have reliable transportation.
Have experience with boat driving on the water.
This position will start in spring and be classified as a full-time seasonal position.

Responsibilities/Duties
The Landscape Maintenance Crew Member is responsible for providing the labor necessary to complete tasks such as mowing and edging of lawns, pruning trees and shrubs, planting flowers, watering lawns, trees, and plants; raking and disposing of leaves and other yard waste; and planting and maintaining trees, shrubs, and flowers.

What You Will Be Doing
The Snow Removal position is responsible for clearing snow from assigned residential or commercial sites on an "as needed" basis during the winter months. Reporting locations are available in Middleton, Sun Prairie, and Downtown Madison. The primary function is to remove snow using a shovel, snow blower, plow truck, or other equipment based on skill set and availability.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Manual Snow Removal: Remove snow using a heavy duty equipment and other machinery as well as assist with the shoveling or snow blowing for extended periods, depending on snowfall levels.
Salt Application: Apply salt for several hours as required based on weather conditions.
