Job Description Eaton County Health and Rehabilitation Services Maintenance Crew Member The Maintenance Crew Member is an entry level position. This individual is responsible for ensuring that the facility is clean and in good operating condition. The Maintenance Crew Member typically works under the supervision of the skilled Maintenance Lead and Building Services Director but will also be responsible for completing some tasks on their own. Principal Duties and Responsibilities: Performs the following duties listed and others as required to improve the maintenance of the nursing facility. Completion of daily resident work orders Performing maintenance activities such as PM'S of equipment Performing light repair work such as changing light bulbs, replacing batteries and oxygen tanks.
