A Route Service Representative is the position that has been our most sought service job historically. The duties of a Route Service Representative revolve around the ability to build customer relationships and provide quality service. It can be similarly close to what a Route Service Apprentice does. The big difference between the two is that Route Service Representatives or RSRs, will have complete ownership of their route. As a Customer Service Representative, youll be the go-to liaison between our customers and The Lindgren Group. Youll work closely with our sales, production, and customer service teams to ensure every request is handled with accuracy and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities:
Accurate and timely billing; reconcile sales orders and invoices
Provide support to outside sales reps with customer updates, quality issues, and new opportunities.
Partner with internal teams on special handling or shipping requirements.
