Qualifications
+ Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience considered.
+ Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer success, account management, or sales, ideally within a service-oriented industry.
+ Proven track record of achieving client satisfaction, retention, and revenue growth goals.
+ Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills with the ability to present to groups and leadership.
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
+ Ability to work independently, handle multiple priorities, and operate with a sense of urgency.
+ Willingness to travel regionally and stay overnight as required.

The laboratory is funded by a variety of federal, state, philanthropic, and pharmaceutical company sources and engages in studies with cell culture systems, animal models, and human clinical trials. The incumbent will supervise members of the laboratory engaged in these studies, manage the timing and success of these projects, and ensure that the laboratory stays in compliance with regulatory oversight. They will coordinate and participate in the training of graduate students, medical students and postdoctoral fellows. The incumbent will also work with Dr. Murnane and the members of the laboratory in the planning and implementation of experiments.
