Job Responsibilities: Greet and escort guests from their vehicles as you review their requests. Inform guests of any promotions or products available with thorough understanding of the full range of Jiffy Lube products and services acquired through your training. Communicate updates to the guest throughout the entire process as well as any special circumstances that impact overall satisfaction. Perform preventative maintenance such as oil and filter change, refill fluid levels, and inspecting and replacing lights, wiper blades, brakes, and tires. Promote customer loyalty by ensuring completion of quality workmanship, reviewing services completed with guest, confirming guest satisfaction, and encouraging return at recommended intervals.
