Core Responsibilities Program surveys in SurveyMonkey, including advanced logic, piping, randomization, and QA. Manage collectors, fielding, troubleshooting, and survey flow validation. Clean and structure raw survey data in Excel (remove bad responses, combine datasets, build clean tables). Create segmented databooks (cross-tabs, banner tables) based on internal specifications.
