EY's Analytics and Data team is seeking a Master Data Management Senior focusing on helping our clients define and drive data management strategy and technology implementation. This role requires a professional with an ability to assist in defining a master data management design- complemented by a solid track record of system delivery. To qualify for the role, you must have
Bachelor's degree required (4-year degree) in Engineering, Advanced Data Analytics, or a related technical or scientific field.
Minimum of 3 years of direct involvement with MDM tools including SAP MDG and/or Informatica MDM.
ERP implementation experience including full implementation cycles of SAP implementation with SAP MDG as a component.
Typically, no less than 3 years relevant developer experience in master data management software.
Strong understanding of Data Governance principles.
Experience with Enterprise IT Architecture.
A valid driver's license in the US; willingness and ability to travel internationally to meet client needs.

The base salary range for this job in all geographic locations in the US is $106,900 to $176,500. The base salary range for New York City Metro Area, Washington State and California (excluding Sacramento) is $128,400 to $200,600. We are seeking a skilled Tactical Data Link (TDL) Analyst to join our team, supporting interoperability development, platform integration, and technical review processes to ensure seamless joint and allied operations. The TDL Analyst will serve as a subject matter expert in TDL interoperability, working closely with engineering teams, platform developers, and DoD stakeholders to develop, evaluate, and enhance Tactical Data Link capabilities. This role requires deep technical knowledge of MIL-STDs, platform message specifications, and interoperability requirements to ensure maximum operational effectiveness across U.S. Navy, Coast Guard, joint, and allied forces. This position is fully on-site in San Diego, CA.
Responsibilities:
Develop and review Platform Message Implementation Plans (MIPs), Actual Platform Implementation Specifications (APIS), and Platform Implementation Difference Documents (PIDDs).
Review, evaluate, and develop Link 16 Interface Change Proposals (ICPs) in accordance with applicable message standards and interface specifications.
Provide interoperability subject matter expertise for Platform Requirements Specifications (PRS) and Platform Requirements Difference Documents (PRDD).
Assess proposed and approved ICPs to validate compliance with Information Exchange Requirements (IERs) and ensure maximum interoperability.
Review technical documentation, prepare technical responses, and provide evaluations of TDL interoperability issues.
Support and attend meetings, including:
Technical Interface Meetings (TIMs)
Certification Integrated Product Team (IPT) Meetings
Other recurring meetings related to TDL interoperability
Provide USMTF-Configuration Control Board (CCB) support, including meeting package reviews and technical input.
Deliver meeting support services, including preparing agendas, capturing minutes, and tracking action items.
Required Qualifications:
Active Secret Clearance (U.S. Citizenship required)
Minimum 5 years of operational experience or extensive technical development support experience

The San Diego County Probation Department is currently recruiting for a Senior Data and Research Analyst to join its Business Intelligence (BI) Unit-a small, specialized team dedicated to transforming data into meaningful insights that support departmental operations and strategic decision-making. Senior Data anreased Research Analysts play a critical role in producing dynamic, recurring dashboards and reports--weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annually--using Excel and Power BI. These visualizations are distributed to executive leadership and external partners to inform decisions and track performance.
Beyond data analysis, the BI Unit conducts business process reviews to identify operational efficiencies across the department. This includes site visits, employee interviews, and process mapping to develop recommendations that improve workflow and support staffing decisions.
The BI Unit also leads the implementation of new technologies, participating in every phase from procurement and system design to training and deployment. Additionally, the team responds to Public Records Act requests and other data inquiries on behalf of the department.

Conducts recredentialing review to include quality indicators such as member appeals, grievances and potential quality issues, working in collaboration with internal teams.
Performs credentialing audits of delegated entities that perform credentialing functions according to their Sharp Health Plan delegation agreements to ensure compliance with Sharp Health Plan, NCQA, DMHC, CMS and other federal and state credentialing standards.
Monitors compliance with corrective action plans. Works with accountable leaders to assure all action items are complete within required deadlines.
Collaborates with the Medical Management and Network Management to obtain complete results of provider site audits.
Prepares Peer Review Committee information summaries and presents relevant material at quarterly Peer Review Committee meetings.
Prepares credentialing summaries for all practitioners meeting the Sharp Health Plan threshold criteria for "clean file" and “unclean file” review for presentation at monthly Peer Review Committee meetings.
Responsible for maintaining timely, complete, accurate credentialing documentation in electronic format.
Prepares accreditation information for submission and coordinates surveys for organization.

Position Overview:The DataAnalyst will be a member of the High Value Data Team ("HVD") team within SPAR Data Management department. This person will partner with various internal teams and support efforts to define, enforce, and maintain a unified Master Data Management (MDM) process and strategy within a cloud data warehouse environment with a focus on private market investments. This person will implement data quality checks and support creating unified "golden records" from disparate internal and external data sources and compare in system data to original General Partner provided reporting. The role sits at the intersection of data engineering, data modeling, and private investment domain knowledge, providing exposure to both technical and business processes and operational processing. Opportunity to work with and contribute to the Global Data and Risk Operations ("DARO") operations team including the US, European and Asia offices supporting our 24-hour global operations model. Essential Job Functions:
Support MDM initiatives in defining, modelling, and maintaining master data entities.
Contributes to the overall success of SPAR private markets data universe for Asset Level / Portfolio Companies
Gather, reconcile, clean, standardize, deduplicate, and merge asset data from internal systems and external databases to create trusted "golden records."
Build records matching/merging logic and rules for mastering data (deterministic, fuzzy matching, conflict resolution).
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand domain definitions, business rules, data lineage, and exceptions. Work with operational leadership to develop and improve a system of controls and periodic updates to ensure proprietary data systems remain current and accurate.
Implement data quality checks, validations, and anomaly detection to ensure accuracy and consistency of master data.
Create and maintain documentation, definitions, governance rules and metadata for master data assets.
Assist in establishing governance, stewardship, and versioning processes.
Integrate master data processes with broader extract, load and transform (ELT) workflows and Snowflake data models.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Economics, Finance, or related quantitative or qualitative field.
Hands on experience with public or private markets data systems / data sets. Awareness of private markets and experience working within private markets industry.
Ability to work in teams including excellent communication skills, time management, and ability to work with internal clients to develop process for constant improvement.
1-3 years of experience or relevant coursework in data analysis, data engineering, or MDM-related roles.
Strong SQL skills for data profiling, transformation, and potentially reconciliation in Snowflake.
Understanding of data mastering, data modeling, ETL/ELT processes, and data integration concepts.
Interest in private markets or financial data.
Analytical mindset with attention to detail and the ability to manage complex, evolving data.
Strong communication skills to collaborate with technical teams and business stakeholders.
Other Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Prior experience in MDM, data governance, or data stewardship is a plus
Significant experience with Microsoft Excel including experience designing matching/merging logic, fuzzy joins, or reconciliation workflows.
Experience with python and programming a bonus
Familiarity with metadata management, version control, and data catalog tools.
Exposure to financial or investment data domains.
Familiarity with Python or similar scripting for automation is a plus.
Salary Range: $77,000 - $81,000
The salary range is an estimate of pay for this position. Actual pay may vary depending on job-related factors that can include location, education, skill, and experience. The salary range does not include any benefits or other forms of possible compensation that may be available to employees.
