The Cyber Security Analyst II is a crucial junior to mid-level contributor that is required to operate with managerial oversight, as a part of the global Digital Business Team. In this role, you will work with the Cyber team on a variety of Information Security tasks, to include GRC efforts, software vetting, compliance documentation, exception monitoring, and configuration support. You will be required to manage a heavy workload independently, coordinate with multiple teams across the CIO org, support compliance for the Enterprise, manage the Cyber help desk, develop processes and maintain documentation, and work with IT and Cyber teams to ensure security configurations remain aligned with expected frameworks.
**Position responsibilities:**
+ Primarily GRC role with team management responsibilities
+ Support IT projects by participating in the design, development, and implementation of information systems to ensure these systems include security features and meet compliance needs
+ Perform security analysis during documentation reviews to validate company policies, procedures, and requirement are met
+ Tier 2 Cyber help desk duties, including handling issue escalation and resolution, supporting the team in maintaining
+ Perform vetting and review of software for inclusion on/exclusion from the production network
+ Take on assessment, documentation, and implementation support for ISO 27001 certification efforts
+ Assist with risk assessment, system and communication analysis, development of compliance processes and documentation, to include, but not limited to, RMF, NIST SP 800-171, and CMMC
+ Support implementation of CMMC Level 3 efforts
+ Support Cyber team's efforts towards vulnerability management, triaging alerts, and cyber incident management.
+ Evaluate requested changes and make actionable recommendations
+ Assist in maintaining and developing the InfoSec Team's process documentation
+ Exercise independent judgment in determining the methods, techniques, and evaluation criteria used in obtaining results; challenges are sometimes unique.
+ Provide customer service and inter-departmental support
+ Analyze email and communicate with Cybersecurity Operations team on suspicious communications.

**Basic Qualifications (Required Skills & Experience):**
+ Associates degree in a science related field is required or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
+ Minimum2-5 years' experience in cybersecurity, risk management, threat mitigation, incident response, at an enterprise level.
+ Active A+ and/or Net+ certification(s)
+ Have active Security+ certification
+ Demonstrated experience using cyber tools, cyber-SaaS monitoring, IAM platforms, LANs, WANs, VPNs, Firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems, SIEMs, data loss prevention software, antivirus/antimalware products, forensics, and analysis systems.
+ Solid understanding of network security, implementation, and documentation
+ Deep familiarity with cybersecurity frameworks and regulatory requirements (NIST SP 800-171, NIST CSF, CMMC, ISO 27001, ITAR/EAR)
+ Strong English language skills, both verbal and written
+ Works with clients and customers to assess their needs, provide information or assistance, and assist in resolve their problems. Utilizes knowledge related to information security to resolve inquires.

The Ecommerce Analyst is responsible for elevating Zurn's ecommerce GTM strategies by implementing solutions that maximize ecommerce revenue. This role's entire focus will Amazon. This key position will be responsible for all aspects of Zurn's Minimum Advertised Price (MAP) and Manufacturers Suggested Retail Price (MSRP) strategy including the development, monitoring and enforcement of all MAP processes and communications. As an Applications Analyst at Zekelman Industries, you will play a key role in implementing and supporting MES technologies that strengthen manufacturing performance and operational excellence. You will support the technical implementation of AVEVA MES applications, ensuring seamless installation, upgrades, configuration, and validation across production environments. This position requires strong analytical abilities, problem-solving skills, and the ability to translate business needs into effective technical solutions. You will collaborate closely with Production Planning, Quality, and Operations teams to understand business objectives and ensure system functionality aligns with operational goals.
This is an onsite role that can sit in either Wheatland, PA, Birmingham, AL, Blytheville, AR, Chicago, IL, Rochelle, IL, Plymouth, MI, Warren, OH or Kansas City, MO (preference in Wheatland, PA).

What You'll Do
Design, build and support AVEVA MES, SCADA and Historian applications to enhance manufacturing system performance.
Design, implement and support product features in collaboration with business and Technology stakeholders.
Collaborate on the implementation of new features and service requests to meet operational needs.
Build continuous integration, test-driven development and production deployment environments to support system reliability.
Troubleshoot data issues and perform root cause analysis to proactively resolve product and operational issues.
Design and implement SQL databases to store, organize and access data.
Modify and optimize SQL queries for integration with MES, SCADA, ERP, and other applications.
Produce SQL reports to assist management with operational and strategic decision making.
Create complex functions, scripts, stored procedures and triggers to support application development.
Provide on-call support during non-business hours as part of a rotation.
Other duties as assigned.
Who You Are
Experience implementing and supporting MES platforms, including AVEVA System Platform, Historian, and MES.
Strong understanding of shop floor systems, manufacturing data models, and production operations (OEE, traceability, quality, scheduling).
Proficient in integrating MES with PLCs, SCADA systems and ERP systems such as SAP.
Familiarity with Aveva DI/DA, OPC, REST APIs, SQL databases and edge computing technologies.
Strong understanding of SQL data structures and databases.
Strong understanding of solution design and technical architecture.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate with technical and business teams.
Ability to quickly learn new programming languages, technologies and frameworks.
Experience developing complex data solutions.
Experience working on end-to-end solution design.
Willingness to learn new skills and emerging technologies.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science or a related field preferred.
Experience in regulated or manufacturing industries preferred.
Experience with MES architectures in on-premise, cloud or hybrid environments preferred.
Experience or exposure to SAP or similar ERP systems preferred.
Experience with SQL, ETL, data transformation and analytics functions preferred.
Understanding of digital twin concepts, predictive maintenance and IIoT analytics integration preferred.
