Work you'll do/Responsibilities
As a Project Delivery Specialist II (PDS II) at Deloitte, you will work within an engagement team and be responsible for supporting the overall project goals and objectives. In this role, you will interact with stakeholders and cross-functional teams. It is expected that you will be able to perform independent tasks as well as provide technical guidance to team members, as needed.

Qualifications
Required
* Current certification in primary Epic assigned application
* 5+ years of experience in Epic Research & Genomics
* 5+ years of experience of Epic build and support

Key Responsibilities
ERP Systems Management & Optimization
Analyze, configure, and optimize ERP systems with emphasis on Infor and Microsoft Dynamics platforms
Work closely with manufacturing, finance, supply chain, and quality teams to translate business requirements into system configurations
Lead system enhancement projects including module implementations, upgrades, and integrations
Develop and maintain documentation for system processes, configurations, and workflows
Provide tier 2/3 support for complex ERP-related issues and serve as subject matter expert
EDI & Systems Integration
