Responsibilities:

Maintain and update master data and effective dates within SAP/ERP.
Ensure accurate and timely coordination across Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Product Management, and technical teams.
Lead and support cross functional initiatives related to product changes, similar to project management responsibilities.
Track ECO performance metrics and identify opportunities to streamline processes.
Participate in SAP/ERP testing and recommend improvements to reporting tools and system functionality.
Promote safety, compliance, confidentiality, and adherence to company values.
Qualifications:
Associates or technical degree (no specific field of study required) with a minimum of three (3) years of document control and/or data management experience in a manufacturing environment, or a relevant combination of education and experience.
Experience with ERP systems
Strong SAP expertise, specifically within manufacturing (fabrication and assembly).
APICS certified
Solid understanding of engineering documentation, and manufacturing structures, and processes.
High attention to detail and personal integrity, critical for a role with significant autonomy.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong cross functional relationships.
Project management related experience coordinating with multiple stakeholders.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and database systems.
Mechanical aptitude and strong problem-solving abilities.
Professionalism and ability to handle confidential information with care.
Pay: $50,000-70,000 yearly depending one experience
