Experience Highlights: My career spans multiple lodging cycles and includes ownership, transaction, management and consulting involvement with 1,268 hotels across the United States and internationally, valued at US $16.5 Billion. My multi-faceted hotel experience includes real estate investment, operations and capital market transactions.

Co-founder of Paramount Hotel Group, David serves as Chief Executive Officer. His leadership was instrumental in the growth of Paramount, co-investing with a private equity fund in the acquisition of 27 hotels after only four years of being in business. Paramount Hotel Group’s continued success, either through co-investment on hotel acquisitions or third party project management contracts, is largely attributed to David’s owner mentality in managing assets. David was the motivational force in instilling this philosophy through the organizational structure of Paramount Hotel Group. Previously, David was the President, CEO and Chariman of Prime Hospitality Corp. He directed the company’s growth from 30 to over 200 hotels. This included doubling the size of the Wellesley Inn chain and launching the highly successful AmeriSuites hotel brand. David was also responsible for over $400 million in public offerings and was named the 1995 CEO of the year by Hospitality Valuation Services Executive Search.

Greg has more than 20 years’ hospitality experience with an emphasis on deal-structure and financing. He successfully has led Peachtree in more than $3.5 Billion in hotel acquisitions, investments and development since co-founding the company. He formerly was senior vice president of business development for Specialty Finance Group, LLC, a direct lender providing hotel first mortgage and FF&E financing, where he originated more than $2 billion of hotel debt. Previously, Greg was vice president of business development for GMAC Commercial Mortgage - Asset-Backed Lending Division. During his six-year tenure, he originated, closed and funded more than 300 hospitality FF&E financing transactions with an aggregate capital structure exceeding $10 billion. Greg holds a Bachelor of Arts in Biology from the University of Texas at Austin.
