This role leads a cross-functional team of engineers in the design and development of complex wafer processing equipment involving ion beam etch, ion beam deposition, and chemical/physical vapor deposition technologies. The Senior Manager, ETO, is responsible for leading a team comprised of internal cross-discipline groups, as well as external contracted resources, involved in design projects that have near-term revenue impact. Develops, oversees and supervises department policies and procedures, standards of work performance for the maintenance and repair of equipment, buildings and building systems including boilers and other equipment that provide heat, cooling, steam, hot water, electricity, sanitation and medical gases. Maintains documentation of all maintenance, repairs and testing as required by applicable codes and directives. Implements and directs work repair to program to provide scheduled and emergency corrective repairs to all installed and movable equipment within the facilities. Develops and participates in a continuing departmental training and orientation program in the repair and maintenance of all equipment. Alerts personnel regarding safety and hazards to ensure safe procedures and equipment. Maintains stock levels of materials and parts within budget limitations. Qualifications High School graduate or equivalent required. One year of advanced trade school or three years experience in maintenance field required; technical engineering training preferred. Familiarity with tools, methods of many trades and knowledge of building and safety codes. Incumbent must be intelligent, verbal, have good motor coordination and have good dexterity. Strong communications skills and understanding of technical terms and manuals for installation and repair of machinery and equipment. Experience developing and maintaining budgets required along with strong computer skills. Five years of experience in all phases of construction including planning, scheduling, estimating construction projects. Must possess knowledge of the different building trades associated with construction. Knowledge of all trades in operations of boilers, motors and auxiliary equipment in a supervisory or lead position.
