The incumbent is responsible for ensuring safe, reliable, and efficient delivery of electricity, heating, cooling, and water services across the University, this includes, but is not limited to, managing internal skilled trades, directing external service providers, and maintaining full regulatory alignment with local, state, and federal agencies.
