What You'll Do:
Administrative Support

Prepare and mail letters of acknowledgement and year-end tax letters.
Organize electronic filing of donor correspondence and reports.
Office Management
Oversee housekeeping, maintenance, and office supply inventory.
Arrange delivery of furniture and fixtures as needed.
Ensure the office is presentable and well-stocked.
Make authorized purchases for administration and supportive services, following approval protocols and proper documentation.
Technology & Meeting Support
Ensure all equipment is available and functioning for meetings.
Coordinate with external parties for offsite presentations.
Support CEO's presentation preferences and technology needs.
What You'll Need:
Bachelor's degree (B.A. or B.S.) required.
Minimum two years' experience in an executive assistant or similar role.

Reporting to the Vice President for University Advancement, the Executive Assistant is responsible for overseeing highly sensitive and confidential administrative, operational, and project management support work for the Vice President. Provides agile, proactive, reflective, and highly skilled executive-level functions in support of the Vice President. Conditions of Employment
This recruitment is for onepermanent, full-time, 12-months per year classified position. The normal hours of work will be Monday through Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, with the flexibility to occasionally work extended hours and/or weekends, if necessary, to meet the needs of the department. The Executive Assistant to the Preschool Director will provide high-level administrative support to the Director and assist in the efficient operation of the preschool. This position requires exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. The Executive Assistant will manage schedules, communication, and documentation while ensuring a smooth flow of day-to-day activities.
Key Responsibilities
Administrative Support: Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Preschool Director, including managing schedules, appointments, and meetings, both in-person and virtual.
Communication: Act as a liaison between the Director and staff, parents, and external partners. Manage incoming communications, including phone calls, emails, and mail, ensuring timely and professional responses.
Scheduling & Event Coordination: Coordinate meetings, events, and conferences for the Director, ensuring all logistics are organized and managed efficiently. This includes scheduling staff meetings, parent-teacher conferences, and school events.
Document Preparation: Prepare and proofread reports, presentations, and correspondence as needed. Maintain accurate records, files, and documentation, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with school policies.

Qualifications
