They should be able to work quickly and efficiently while maintaining a friendly and professional demeanor with customers. Strong knowledge of cocktail recipes, drink pairings, and alcohol regulations is important. Demonstrates openness to feedback and direction, with the ability to adapt and improve based on guidance. Prior bartending experience, particularly in a casino or similar setting, is preferred. Job titles similar to this role include: Mixologist What is expected of YOU: As a member of our team, you'll greet and serve guests warmly while ensuring prompt and accurate beverage service. You'll need to know our selection of beverages and mix drinks according to standard recipes. Keeping the bar clean and well-stocked with ice is essential. Operating the cash register and handling transactions with precision are part of the role. It's important to never serve two drinks simultaneously to one person and to stay vigilant for signs of intoxication, following care training guidelines.
