Global Tax Management Leadership

As Chief Marketing Officer, Mary leads the strategic development and operational execution of the firm’s corporate marketing and sales enablement initiatives to drive growth for GTM. She actively partners with firm leadership, regional office leaders, and all service lines to create a unified GTM voice and brand presence. Her work centers around developing strategies and leading targeted programs that align with firm goals for the purpose of stimulating demand and capturing interest in GTM’s growing portfolio of corporate tax services.

Since joining GTM in 2014, Mary has been instrumental in building the marketing function, establishing a consistent narrative and a complete library of firm collateral, and developing an award-winning website. She has also implemented a CRM platform and marketing automation system, established a contact base of prospective clients, created a content strategy and social media program, and contributed to an impressive firm growth rate of more than 40%.

Mary has spent more than 20 years successfully leading marketing and growth initiatives for professional services organizations. Prior to joining GTM, Mary served as Vice President, Marketing & Sales at PM Solutions, a project management consulting and training company. Notable accomplishments during her last two years with the firm included leading marketing activities that directly contributed to 30% of the company’s revenue from new business acquisitions, generating several million in revenue directly from inbound web inquiries, and growing its database of qualified prospects by nearly 90%.

Mary is a member of the Association for Accounting Marketing (AAM) and the International Association of Business Communicators (IABC). She is also the author of a chapter for The American Management Association’s AMA Handbook of Project Management, focused on applying project management principles to the marketing function, and has written multiple articles and blog posts.

In her free time, Mary enjoys spending time with her husband and two children, golfing whenever she can fit it in, and watching anything on HGTV.

Dave is the Managing Director in charge of GTM’s Philadelphia and DC Metro offices, where he is responsible for providing leadership and direction in the execution of GTM’s core suite of services to clients within these regions. He specializes in tax accounting, transfer pricing, and tax technology.

Dave joined GTM in 2006 and co-founded the Tax Automation Services (TAS) practice with an emphasis on tax accounting. Since that time, he has helped GTM become a recognized market leader in tax accounting automation and tax accounting services. Dave services a wide range of industries including life sciences, oil and gas, manufacturers, and various services industries.

Prior to joining GTM, Dave held management positions in both tax and accounting for Smiths Group North America and GlaxoSmithKline. His extensive knowledge of Fortune 500 multinational organizations covers a wide spectrum of tax and finance functions including federal, state, and international corporate income tax, ASC 740 Income Tax Accounting, sales/use/VAT taxes, unclaimed property compliance, general ledger accounting, financial reporting, project management, and database administration.

Dave is a certified Six Sigma Green Belt and a frequent speaker at both the local and national levels on the subject of tax accounting, innovation, and related technologies. His resolute focus on client service ensures the highest level client satisfaction.

Raised in the Philadelphia area, Dave now resides in Jeffersonville, Pennsylvania with his wife and daughter. He enjoys spending time with his family, reading, and is an avid cyclist.

Ryan Lynch is a Chief Technology & Information Ofcr at Global Tax Management and is based in Wayne, Pennsylvania. He has experience at TaxStream LLC and has worked as Senior Manager, Tax Automation Services at Global Tax Management; Manager, Tax Accounting Services at Deloitte; and Managing Director, Tax Automation Services at Global Tax Management. Ryan studied at Stevens Institute of Technology, Wilmington University, and St. Joseph's Prep.
