Jim is President and CEO of Advocate Aurora Health. Previously, he served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Advocate Health Care, the largest health system in Illinois and one of the largest in the Midwest, since 2002. Named as one of the 100 Most Influential People in Healthcare by Modern Healthcare for six consecutive years beginning in 2011, Jim has been featured in local and national news publications as a leading voice on health care transformation and innovation; national health reform efforts; quality, cost and high reliability initiatives; patient safety; and health care providers’ commitment to serving their communities. Under his leadership, Advocate Health Care has been recognized as a national leader for its clinical successes, technological innovation, workplace culture and safety excellence. He is a former member and past chair of the American Hospital Association (AHA) Board of Directors, the national organization that represents America’s hospitals and health systems. He also is a former chair of the AHA Section for Health Care Systems Governing Council and a member of Regional Policy Board 5. Jim is a member of Mayor Rahm Emanuel’s World Business Chicago Board of Directors and is a past chair of Chicago United as well as the American Cancer Society’s (ACS) CEOs Against Cancer and the World Presidents Organization.

Currently CEO at John Muir Health, a leading, integrated health system located in the San Francisco Bay Area. Key accomplishments include the development of successful partnerships with other health systems, a major redesign of board & governance structures, transformation of IT systems (including installation of a comprehensive EMR) and construction/implementation of a highly innovative outpatient services model. Have achieved significant cost reduction goals while maintaining high quality outcomes and a culture of excellence. Passionate about leading positive, goal oriented change to assure future success of the John Muir Health Mission. Prior to John Muir Health, was President and COO at Swedish Health Services, a nationally recognized system in Seattle, WA. Accountable for system-wide operations (five hospitals, $1.8 Billion) and spearheaded multiple strategic projects including key acquisitions and planning/construction of innovative new campuses and facilities. Previously served as a Senior, Regional Operations Executive with national hospital/health systems and also served in community hospital CEO roles. Active and visible in professional and community organizations.

Albert Maury is a President/CEO at LEON MEDICAL CENTERS HEALTH and is based in Miami/Fort Lauderdale Area. He attended Florida International University - FIU and Florida International University - College of Business between 1993 and 2002.

Katina began her career at Matthew Walker Comprehensive Health Center in 1996. Since this time, she has held successive roles as interim CEO and now CEO. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Health Care Administration and Planning from Tennessee State University her Masters of Science in Public Health from Meharry Medical College. In addition to overseeing strategy and operations at Matthew Walker, Katina also sits on a number of advisory boards including the American Cancer Society Nashville Advisory Board, Safety Net Consortium of Middle Tennessee and the Tennessee Primary Care Association Governing Board. In her free time, Katina enjoys volunteering with her church, serving as a Girl Scout leader and hanging out with her husband and two children.
