Ami Parekh, MD, JD sets our company’s clinical vision and strategy to deliver value for clients and improve health outcomes for members. She leads the company’s Health Strategy and Insights Team including Analytics and Actuarial, Provider Strategy and Relations, Clinical Strategy & Outcomes Research, Clinical Market Initiatives, and Public Policy. Previously, she was Chief Medical Officer for Population Health and Clinical Integration at UCSF Health, and also worked at McKinsey. Ami serves on the Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts board of directors. After Yale Medical School and Yale Law School, she completed her Internal Medicine Residency at Harvard’s Brigham and Women’s Hospital. Ami has been named one of 50 Healthcare Leaders Under 40 by Becker’s Hospital Review.

David Thompson is a General Counsel and Chief Privacy Officer at Grand Rounds.

Wade oversees all aspects of engineering and technology innovation. With more than 25 years of engineering leadership experience, he has deep technical domain expertise and a successful track record of scaling teams and leaders, market-defining technology innovations, and business growth for companies of all sizes including Twitter, TellApart, Yahoo, and Opsware. Before Silicon Valley, Wade served in the military and the White House Situation Room.

Deborah Conrad is a VP:Sales & Marketing at INTEL CORP, Chief Marketing Officer at Vori Health, and Member of Board of Advisors at Superfly and is based in Atherton, California. She has worked as Member of Board of Directors at Samasource, Communications Manager at INTEL CORP, and Board Member at INTEL CORP. Deborah studied at Stanford University between 2013 and 2013.
