+ Evaluates provider network and implement strategic plans with the goal of meeting Molina's network adequacy standards.
+ Assesses contract language for compliance with Corporate standards and regulatory requirements and review revised language with assigned MHI attorney.
+ Participates in fee schedule determinations including development of new reimbursement models. Seeks input on new reimbursement models from Corporate Network Management and legal.
+ Educates internal customers on provider contracts.
+ Participates on the management team and other committees addressing the strategic goals of the department and organization.

Growing up, the brothers helped raised their youngest brother who was diagnosed with autism at the age of three. Being raised close in age and in the same household taught Jibreel and Nadir exactly what people with disabilities go through in all facets of life, which inspired them to help others facing similar challenges in their community.
(CEO) Jibreel Hazly is a college graduate and former professional football player. While in college he would return home during break and work with his youngest brother as well as other clients in his community. Jibreel and his brother, (COO) Nadir Hazly recognized opportunity to improve the quality of care, which would make a difference in their community. Beautiful Minds Group has grown to become a highly recognized and respected Home Health company in multiple counties in Ohio such as Portage, Summit, and Cuyahoga Falls to just name a few.
