What You'll Do:
Team Lead Level A Technicians are responsible for training and coaching less qualified technicians by assuming training and coaching responsibility for a group of approximately four (4) technicians. Level A Technicians are responsible for diagnosing truck problems and performing truck repairs. Technicians create repair plans and fill out parts requisitions for needed parts. They are also responsible for tagging all warranty parts that are replaced and for turning in parts with core value. Technicians must also communicate updates to their Foreman daily and must maintain toolboxes organized and workstations clean and safe. Level A Technicians perform tasks and possess skills noted below and have efficiency ratings of 100% or above.
Technicians with six (6) plus years' experience.
Performs at 100% efficiency or better.

Managing Customer Satisfaction and representing the brand
Effectively perform all aspects of the production processes
Regular Vehicle and equipment maintenance and organization
Working with your direct supervisor to ensure team is unified and efficient

Always leaving jobsites with a clean and orderly appearance
Developing production expertise through providing services

Qualifications:
Ability to work overtime and on-call
Willingness for continued learning and growth
Attention to details in organization, cleanliness and care for facility, assets and equipment
Aptitude with record keeping, recording information and communicating ‘the message'
Awareness and respect for safety, using care are caution with teammates and customers
Strength with multitasking and handling deadlines
Ability to lift at least 50 lbs. and comfortable on your feet for prolonged periods of time

This position provides a variety of recovery-oriented supports to individuals in order to promote greater independence, community integration and recovery from mental illness and/or substance use. Services provided by peer specialists include a wide range of supports, services, and advocacy that contribute to a client's ability to engage in ongoing treatment. Assist in the development of peer-led programming.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Primary duties and responsibilities required for the job. This should be a realistic list or tasks that are needed to complete the job.
Conduct regular contact with ACT consumers in the community to provide peer support services
Transport ACT consumers to/from appointments as needed
Community support to ACT consumers
Assist ACT consumers with developing hope through application of the “lived experience” from the Peer Support Specialist
Exemplifies recovery principles in order to show by example that recovery is possible and attainable. Share their own recovery story as appropriate, and walks the road of recovery alongside the service recipient
Attend and positively participate in required team, agency, and interdisciplinary meetings
Coordinate and consult with other team members to keep team informed of issues and progress
Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings and group supervision as required
Enter contacts with ACT consumers and constituencies into the electronic health records system timely and accurately
Other duties as assigned
JOB REQUIREMENTS / EXPECTATIONS:

Qualifications
QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum knowledge skills and abilities required to perform the job. This needs to be realistic and not a list of ideal wants. Is a degree required for this position? How much experience is necessary to do the tasks listed above?
Must be a self-identified person on the application or cover letter how they have “lived” personal experience leading to an understanding of the needs of persons with mental health & substance abuse issues. Must be in recovery from a psychiatric diagnosis (substance use disorder recovery is acceptable - but must have primarily experienced mental illness.)
Must be certified by as a Peer Specialist at time of hire or within first 6 months.
Completion of requirements to become a Registered alcohol and drug peer support specialist as applicable.
High school diploma or GED equivalent
Driver's license, reliable transportation, and valid vehicle insurance
Basic computer skills required to enter contacts into HER
Must pass a pre-employment drug screen test and background check
Must adhere to agency's policies, including but not limited to, non-discrimination, safety, drug and alcohol-free workplace, violence prevention and harassment-free workplace
