What you'll do:
Be the Tax Expert. You will assist clients with tax deposits and filing. You may also manage inquiries from state and federal agencies.
Be a Trusted Advisor and Problem Solver. You will use a breadth of expertise to help ADP's clients solve problems by taking a broad perspective to resolve issues and provide solutions.

TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE:
You have at least one year of client service and/or call center experience OR a minimum of two years of Insurance/Financial Institution experience.
Over the phone and in writing, your communication style is clear and easy for our clients to understand and act on. You will need to communicate clearly and quickly to summarize a problem and explain a solution.
You must be proficient in using Microsoft Office tools, including Outlook, Word, and Excel, as well as have excellent analytical and time management skills.
A college degree is great but not required. What's more important is having the skills to do the job. If you don't have a college degree, other acceptable experience could include:

The primary focus of the Field Support Analyst will be to review investigations received through the Florida Abuse Hotline to ensure that critical information is provided to the Child Protective Investigator (CPI) and Child Protective Investigator Supervisor (CPIS) during the investigation and to assist in identifying and facilitating the collection of any information that is needed to ensure critical information is assessed.
The purpose of the Pre-Commencement consultation is to facilitate critical thinking with the CPI and CPI Supervisor regarding information collection, assessment of parental protective capacities, safety planning, and safety determination. In the event that additional information is identified during the Pre-Commencement and/or follow up consultations, the FSA will request and review any records pertinent to the assessment of the family.
The FSA will be co-located with Investigative staff to support Child Protective Investigators, however, will report directly to Family Safety Program Office in efforts to ensure trends and observations of investigative practice and case reviews are incorporated into ongoing Training and Quality Assurance activities.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBLITIES:
The CPI Field Support Analyst will coordinate in collaboration with the CPI Supervisor to ensure the following is being effectively completed in support of CPI investigative staff:
* Provides support and assistance in coordinating referrals, appointments, record retrieval etc.
* Pre-Commencement consultations and review of prior FSFN and Law Enforcement records.
* Record Requests including but not limited to: school records, Law Enforcement reports, medical records, prior provider records and/or assessments etc.
* Surgical Review of the records that are retrieved to assist in assessment and decision making for each case assigned to the Units they are assigned to.
* In-Depth interpretation of the records to ensure an assessment is made in conjunction with Florida's current practice models.
* High Risk cases will be flagged and tracked by this position, and the seamless investigative activities will be ensured.
* Consults with the CPIs, and ensures written referrals are completed for the identified services and/or supports requested by the CPI or CPIS
* Coordinates OTI/OTI transfer requests.
* Coordinates Subject Matter Experts to assist CPI in decision making
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:
The ideal candidate for this position would be knowledgeable in Florida's Child Welfare system, demonstrate the ability to critically think through a variety of situations, and possess the ability to provide feedback to staff in a strength-based way. Responsibilities
Provide technical support for the evaluation and correction of fleet system/equipment casualties and provide technical assistance on mechanical/ electrical/electronic Combat Systems casualty repairs IAW the Joint Fleet Maintenance Manual (JFMM) and fleet requirements

(b) Utilize hardware and software technical expertise to troubleshoot equipment failures to determine corrective repair action and train ship's force in the operation, maintenance and logistics support of specific equipment
(c) Provide logistics support as an integral part of on-site technical assistance
(d) Complete Technical Assistance Visit Reports (TAVR), in accordance with the current version of the COMUSFLTFORCOMINST 4790.3 Joint Fleet Maintenance (JFMM), for ship's force, SERMC Code 200 Engineering Department managers, and SERMC Code 300 Maintenance Team
(e) Research Departures from Specifications (DFS), Design Service Requests (DSR), Liaison Action Requests (LAR), and Work Specification Reviews(WSR)
( f) Utilize Government software systems to track problems associated with systems/equipment, and for system analysis, to include Tech Assist, Assessments &Scheduling Information (TAAS-Info) and Maintenance Figure of Merit (MFOM) systems
Perform assessment and maintenance of shipboard systems and equipment and training in maintenance and overhaul processes
Perform the following operational assessment tasks during Total Ships Readiness Assessments, Ballistic Missile Defense Readiness Assessments (BMDRAs), INSURVs/ Mid Cycle Inspections (MCIs), Combat Systems Assessments (CSAs), and Pre-Deployment assessments, or similar test and inspection programs as necessary:
(a) Assessment Program tasks include: the full spectrum of services required to perform system equipment assessment and inspections on all ship classes including: scheduling and coordination; test procedure development and maintenance; ordering, tracking, receipt, and delivery of parts and materials; data entry into maintenance and supply information systems; discrepancy tracking, maintenance, and reporting; analysis; reports; technical and logistics research; and discrepancy resolution
(b) Fleet Maintenance Program tasks include: investigation of hardware and installation design and safety deficiencies; development of proposed engineering solutions to improve operational reliability, maintainability, and availability; engineering audits of prototype and production modifications and installations; and preparation of engineering and technical reports
(c) Engineering, technical, and repair tasks include: development and maintenance of test, certification, and operation procedures; development of repair procedures, specifications and engineering change proposals; and adjudication of DFS and DSR requests. Provide integrated logistics and related support services to include logistics audits, reviews and assessments which determine the adequacy of logistics support and recommend corrective actions to technical documentation, tools, support equipment, configuration, test equipment, and repair parts IAW fleet schedules
Perform the following ILS tasks:
(a) Assess and recommend changes to shipboard ILS validations and verifications and review logistics documentation and submit 4790/CK forms to document configuration changes to include: Coordinated Shipboard Allowance List (COSAL) reviews for proper Allowance Parts List (APL) coverage; identification of material requisitions for items that are required to correct discrepancies; preparation of PMS documentation; development of Allowance Appendage Pages(AAP) for new support items; development of Provisioning Technical Documentation (PTD); and the maintenance of ship system configuration data
(b) Assist ship's force in identifying, locating and tracking parts, material, specialized tools and equipment required for routine periodic and specialized maintenance actions
