Distribute clean linen to residents weekly, or as needed Cleaning of stairwells and public rest rooms. Cleaning of vacant rooms, in prep for new admissions. Attend required staff meetings. Responsible for approximately 30 rooms per shift. This role combines clinical support with hands-on care to ensure residents are receiving the highest level of attention, safety, and comfort in accordance with New York State regulations. Key Responsibilities:1. Resident Care and Assistance: Activities of Daily Living (ADLs): Assist residents with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and feeding as needed to maintain their independence and comfort. Mobility Support: Help residents with mobility, including transfers from bed to chair, walking, and repositioning to prevent pressure sores and maintain comfort. Health Monitoring: Observe and report any changes in residents' physical or emotional condition to nursing staff, including signs of distress, pain, or discomfort.
