401k. All benefits are in line with or less than other Banks

The Bank essentially failed which is a significant improvement

Strong support network, good work/life balance, decent pay and benefits.

Daily drudgery, the same cons as retail work.

Ample paid time off, including paid volunteer time.

The employer really cares for your well being. The work /homelife balance is of high importance.
