All other duties as assigned. Essential Qualifications: Must be at 18+ years of age. High School Diploma or GED required. One (1) year of prior experience preferred. Ability to work effectively in a high-volume environment while maintaining proper portion control, safety, health, and service standards. Must have cash handling experience; responsible for all transactions in a Casino environment. Have knowledge of all methods of check tendering (cash, comp, coupon, credit card, points, gift certificates, etc.). Must be willing and able to participate in ongoing training. Must hold/maintain certification with handling (ServSafe) and Alcohol Awareness (TIPS) and the ability to gain/maintain training requirements from both programs. If not already certified, training will be provided. Must manage time effectively with minimum supervision. Ability to communicate effectively with guests, Team Members, and management in both written and verbal form. Ability to demonstrate sound judgment and mature decision-making.
