The Assistant Service Delivery Manager (ASDM) is responsible for keeping the Service Delivery team on a challenging schedule during the growing seasons while gathering information for the potential rehabilitation and/or repair of stormwater wetlands, biofiltration systems, proprietary underground storage units, and drainage conveyance infrastructures utilizing Best Management Practices (BMP) for Stormwater Control Measures (SCM). Specific duties include: Assist leading a team of watershed management Service Technicians in maintaining and improving storm drainage systems to mitigate flooding and erosion Identifying and documenting stormwater drainage issues needing repair Operating and maintaining company equipment which includes a pick-up truck & trailer Completing maintenance & inspection reports and tracking crew expenses Coordinating hotel arrangements for the team when overnight travel is required Conducting brief but regular safety trainings Position Requirements Basic requirements: Background check, driving record review, DOT physical, and drug test are part of the pre-employment process. Maintaining a DOT Health Card and insurable status under the company auto policy are an ongoing requirements of this position.
