Specific duties to include, but are not limited to the following: - Lead a diverse engineering team to execute technical scope while complying with the program schedule and budget. - Coordinate Nuclear Hardness and Survivability (NH&S) analysis for facility, infrastructure, and command and control systems. - Review data deliverables from other teams and subcontractors to include: test plans, test reports, verification methodology, and design analysis reports for hardening of components against requirements on hostile environments. - Communicate effectively and report regular status to Program Managers, IPT Management, and the government customer. - Develop and support consistent execution of standard practices, best practices, methods, software and tools across programs. - Implement lessons learned and continuous improvement plans. - Lead projects and plans to improve technology, strategic capability, overall design, analysis and production capacity. - Provide functional management to a team of NH&S engineers. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay.
