Nimesh Shah is a Chief Executive Officer at Ingenious Med and is based in Alpharetta, Georgia. He has worked as Exec Director, Global Operations India and Asia Pacific at AT&T; Vice President, Global Infrastructure Services at CSC; and Vice President, Product Management at CenturyLink Business for Enterprise. Nimesh works or has worked at DXC Technology. He attended George Mason University and University of Mary Washington between 1983 and 1987.

David Lamm was appointed to the post of chief financial officer in March 2008. He brings more than 15 years of healthcare industry experience to MedData. Lamm joined MedData from U.S. HealthWorks Medical Group, a California-based company specializing in the delivery of employer-based programs, such as those focused on workers compensation, return-to-work, injury prevention and wellness. He was an integral member of the management team, serving as senior vice president and chief financial officer. Previously, Lamm spent nine years at Kaiser Permanente, the nation’s largest health maintenance organization (HMO), where he was national vice president of patient billing services and controller of the California Division. Lamm is a registered certified public accountant and a graduate of Ohio State University.

Mike Pickering is a Chief Operating Officer at Ingenious Med and is based in United States.

Alisha Bloom oversees the full range of legal affairs for the company as well as the company’s compliance function and brings more than 12 years of legal experience to ikaSystems. Most recently, Ms. Bloom was general counsel for CompuGroup Medical USA, a healthcare IT company headquartered in Boston. She created CompuGroup’s legal department and in-house compliance function, and handled a wide range of legal issues for the company. Prior to that, she was an associate at Goodwin Procter where she worked on general commercial litigation matters. She was also an economic consultant with NERA, Inc. for five years. Ms. Bloom graduated with honors from Columbia Law School, and cum laude from Harvard University with a degree in economics. She is a trained mediator and serves on the board of directors of the Community Dispute Settlement Center, a non-profit organization providing affordable mediation services and conflict resolution training to the Greater Boston area.
