Requires strong working knowledge of the rules of evidence and trial procedure. Strong communication and people & database skills. Proficient in Excel and/or Summation. Requires an ability to adapt quickly to changed and evolving circumstances. Work quickly, collaborate in teams, and if needed, work very long hours throughout the duration of the trial. Trial locations will be in Florida; trials typically last three to five weeks. Six to eight trials per year is typical with trials back-to-back. Candidate must be licensed in North Carolina.
