Position Summary We're seeking a driven and detail-oriented Junior Portfolio Manager to assist in the professional management of a portfolio of multifamily and other properties for a variety of ownership entities. Qualifications Minimum 3 years' experience as a multifamily Regional Manager or similar position. Bachelor's degree preferred. Current or prior experience in a fast-paced, third-party fee management environment. Washington State real estate broker's license (may be obtained within the first 90 days of employment). Industry-related accreditations such as CAPS or CPM preferred. Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite/Office 365; Yardi or RealPage experience highly preferred. Ability to analyze financial and operational reports, compute rates and ratios, and prepare clear written communications. Willingness to travel to properties and work in varied environments.
