Draft discovery inquiries and responses
Draft motions and responses including motions to dismiss, motions for summary judgement and discovery motions
Take and defend witness depositions including expert witnesses
Act as lead counsel or second-chair at state and federal court hearings & trials
Handle the administration part of maintaining, updating and keeping track of important legal documents in the client's file
Draft various contracts, agreements, and manuals for employer clients

REQUIREMENTS:
