This position is essential to the success of our retail stores. Store associates work closely with wholesale and retail customers to determine their needs, answer their questions about Sherwin-Williams products, and recommend the right solutions. Lot Associates assist customers with the loading of their vehicles and also monitor and maintain the entrance of the store. Position Summary: The dispensary professional is responsible for guiding patients through the process of selecting the appropriate medicine for their needs and by providing education of medical cannabis products. The dispensary professional is responsible for one-on-one interaction with patients from the time they walk in the store to the time they leave with their purchase and will provide excellent customer service while making the patient feel empowered and confident in their decision.
